My Work

I help founders punch above their weight in fundraising and execution. As a former VC and startup operations leader I work with series Seed - B companies 12 months pre/post investment round — wrangling, launching, and executing on funding and growth plans to get the money and put it to work.

My Background

As a VC partner at an early stage fund I led ~$9m in deals across multiple industries in the US, Europe, and Latam, served as a board member in three countries across Seed - B, reviewed nearly 1k startup pitches, structured fund exits to strategic buyers, and co-led our fund II capital formation.

On the startup side I was the first VP Operations for a series B company, where I wore almost every hat possible to scale the company to a $50m series C; led strategic partnerships that backed $15m in financial products, launched the first international office, oversaw all marketing activities, ran business development for the first product expansion, and coordinated daily collaboration across a team that more than doubled in two years.

I started my career in strategy consulting, launching new products and customer experiences for global brands (Tiffany & Co, Exxon Mobil, USTA, Genentech, CJ Group) and building strategy and execution plans for F50 tech transformations, deploying budgets up to $350M (AIG, Wells Fargo, Invesco, Capital One).
