I'm a nimble and strategic operations leader with 15 years of experience driving growth and operational excellence across venture capital, early-stage startups, and Fortune 50 companies. My Background
As a VC partner at an early stage fund I led the end-to-end deal process across multiple industries in the US, Europe, and Latam, served as a board member in three countries, structured fund exits to strategic acquirers, and co-led fundraising.
On the startup side I was the first VP Operations for a series B company, where I wore almost every hat possible to scale the company to their series C, including product, marketing, business development, partnerships, and fundraising.
I started my career in strategy consulting, which yes, was a lot of deck building, but also provided a lot of insight into how large companies think, work, and break down.
