Part-time COO for Series Seed to B companies who:
1) are ~12 months out from a fundraise and need to make sure they’re hitting stated metrics, growth is on track, and the board is aligned;
2) just raised and now need to get serious about putting the money to work with aligned goals, projects, and board reporting.
My role is tailored to what your company needs, most often a combination of strategic planning (helping founders and leadership teams define priorities, build aligned roadmaps), special projects (cross-functional efforts that need an independent leader to drive forward momentum), fundraising (from pitch development to a tight close), and board management (activities and materials that build trust and value).
At both a scalable support tier or a more hands-on engagement model, I can serve as your sole operations lead or complement an existing team.
Advisory
I work with founders in an advisory capacity to bring clarity to complex decisions—for founders currently or soon to raise a Series Seed/A and founders who recently closed a round and are operating with new boards.
We meet for a few hours each month to both strategize and get real about running a fundraise, managing a board of investors, and keeping the priorities clear.
As a former operator and investor I like to get tangible with my clients and therefore will feel slightly different from executive coaches.
